We’ve been getting a few questions lately on whether alligator skin products can be sold in California. The answer is “yes” – alligator skin and its byproducts can be sold in California.
This was voted into the California penal code section 653o by the California Senate (7-0) in 2009 and will remain until January 1, 2015.
